This goes without saying - everyone is watching a new PM. People are still sizing him up. It'll take awhile to get a more complete picture of what he's made of and what he will do for this country. I suspect Canadians weren't thrilled when they gave Harper the majority in 2011, but they gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed him the requisite time and finally the unimpeded mandate to accomplish the goals he set.
