I should also note, Castro's resignation is on the front page of the national newspapers in Canada today. The headlines suggest that they're looking at this from the perspective of what it means to the future of Cuba.

I am curious to see how the USA will now handle the Cubans who are trying to migrate here. Would they still have the same open door policy or will that change?
