Interesting! Poutine to us Newfoundlanders consists of fries, mounds of cheese and hot gravy...THEN..There is the fries dressing and gravy...babam...

What they are making is original traditional poutine and has been around for much longer than my 63 years. I love it but I think mostly from New Brunswick.
