It does, but a closer look tells you that the property is in disrepair, that the original house is unsafe, and the newer house needs major renovations. It sounds like the water well and septic field may need maintenance, and what is the fibreglass tank for ?? Also, the property is located in a remote location that may not be easily accessible in bad weather. Nova Scotia property seems really cheap, but quite often the house is not liveable.
