Oh yes... the legendary Vancouver real estate "bubble". I've been hearing about it for... what is it now? Close to 20 years and it's still yet to come. I feel it's time to face the music now. Either you bought when it was affordable or you need to take a "small loan" of a million dollars à la Tump for a new condo. And, heck, even a million dollars (CAD$) would not buy you anything above a shoe box downtown.
