From the Canada Department of Finance website, here is the full list of countermeasure tariffs on USA products. Goods from Table 1 will be subject to a 25 per cent surtax. Goods from Tables 2 and 3 will be subject to a 10 per cent surtax. These countermeasures will only apply to goods originating from the U.S.A.
So begins the dismantling of the American international order instituted by Democratic and Republican Administrations over the past half century. All being dismantled by a man who has shown, at best, a superficial knowledge of international trade, has a short attention span, and a view that all politics is personal.

But he has been lying through his teeth about that and a lot of other things and you have been duped and are getting dragged down by his doing. Too bad for you that you are so eager and willing to believe his nonsense lies without questioning how illogical they are. Maybe you should do some fact researching and find out the truth for yourself. There's already enough revelations and discussions about his lies in this matter in other threads on this board. You are believing the lie. For any American ( Happy 4th by the way ) who truly loves his country and wants the best for their country, they must come from a place of truth.
Take off your MAGA hat, and think for yourself is all that we are asking. Facts are a funny thing, and it will soon be apparent that by checking your OWN government resources about trade with Canada, that Trump is LYING.
As an American, that should make you angry for several reasons, but most of all, make you angry because Trump thinks you are all too lazy or stupid to look up facts or god forbid, have any critical thinking skills.
