'Working for the Weekend' is the song that sticks out most to me. Radio stations would always play it on Friday afternoons.

I remember Loverboy. Of course, as some of you know, I was involved in Toronto radio for a while, and Loverboy burst on the scene when I was on-air. I remember our Program Director telling us about the band, especially since it was a Canadian band, and would help us satisfy both the New Content and Canadian Content requirements of our programming, at the same time.

A good band then. If they're still together and playing now, then I'm sure that they're still a good band. I'd gladly go see them if they came through town.
