I received my HNC (Mechanical Engineering) in the UK in 1972, does anyone know what level of education it equates to in Canada, e.g. Technlogist, BA, bsc
It equates to a Mechanical Engineering Technologist certificate here in Canada. Equivalent to what you would obtain at a Polytechnic. With that certificate you can go to university for "upgrading" for a few years in part time studies to become a Mechanical Engineer.
