Good for them, but they’ve still got a long, long way to go. Your average sports-mad Canadian male (sorry ladies) knows all the rules to hockey inside and out (ice hockey, that is – the only one that counts in Canada), all about baseball, the differences between Canadian and American football (gridiron to Australians), usually knows the rules of basketball and perhaps soccer as well. But he wouldn’t have a clue about how cricket is played.

It'll be good though, If the new immigrants can make the sport popular enough, To make Canada a Full ICC Member (Canada is only an Associate ICC Member)....I could see a Australia v's Canada rivalry starting.
Thats a pity!, I thought there would be atleast some mention, For those who might follow international cricket?
Though Australia and England are really the only countries, That pay any attention To the Ashes Test series....It only concerns us "Old Enemies".
