My sister is about to finish her LPN degree, she is also thinking into immigrating to Canada with her husband and 1 year old daughter.
According to her, she did the assessment test and they qualify under Skilled Worker, but I heard that route takes quite some time.
She was thinking on applying for a temporary worker's permit once she find an employer that can sponsor her (which she says she might have found someone).
Does anyone know how long this process take? and for how long will she be allowed the temporary working permit?
Oh, and she is thinking of applying once in Canada for Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class, which I hear is a rather quick process.
Any help will be appreciated, I just want to make sure she is taking the proper steps.
