Depends on the highway of course, but BC has highways where the limit is 120 kph, that's 75 mph, higher than a lot of states...I think most in fact, except Texas.
70mph is the default speed limit in Montana. Small windy 2 lane roads that would be 80km/h (50mph) in BC are 110/70. Freeways are 75mph (120km/h). In Montana I couldn't have gotten a speeding ticket if I tried since the road was windy and narrow. Just cruised along at 65mph, hit Idaho, and the speed limit went down to 60mph while the highway got wider and straighter, so I drove more like 70mph. Hit BC and the limit went down the 80km/h, but drove at about 100km/h.

That is just one state. Looking at speed limits overall in the US they aren't that different from Canada. For example, California highest speed limit is still lower than B.C.'s.
Ain't going to happen.....not in any meaningful way....besides, Vancouver has always been a north American hub for lower wage tech workers working for US companies supporting the US market...what is new?

I wish that those who said they would leave if The Donald won, would do so.
Here in Canada, we hear them every election, "blah blah blah we're moving to Canada". They are ignored Nobody pays them any mind and if there's one big difference between Canada and the US, it's that loud yapping about partisan politics is considered improper. They wouldn't fit in up here.

People who saber rattle are all talk and no action. The only time Americans actually fled north was when my mom moved to Canada with her first husband in the wake of Vietnam War. They didn't threaten to move, they just moved.

Different time. I'm sure if the internet and the ease of communication that we have today existed back then, you would of heard it. In, fact, I'm pretty sure it would be even louder than today, since the protests back then against the war were VERY loud.

Just thought of another reason. Did he move to avoid the draft? Is so, then of course they wouldn't talk about it.

Yup! People only move to avoid stuff. Since Trump is not going to force people into a draft (at least in theory), we won't see a mass emigration. That is not to say a handful won't come north...
