On the PR application they are asking for information and photos of family members. Is that just for spouses and children (which I do not have), or do they also want parents and siblings?
"You must include your spouse or common law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children and those of your spouse or common law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada"
This section is just requiring information on the persons mentioned.

The application does not mention parents or siblings. Only your spouse/partner and dependent children.
