BARRIE, Ontario, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- A civic-minded but drunken man has been charged with pushing a snow blower into a major intersection north of Toronto, police said.
The unidentified 41-year-old man caused traffic mayhem Tuesday during rush hour around 5:30 p.m. in Barrie, 50 miles north of Toronto, police Sgt. Robert Allan told the Toronto Star.
