As a sufferer of skin cancer, this is a most import warning in my mind.

Maybe the UK isn't accustomed to seeing many cases of skin cancer, that's why they downplayed it?

Their climate is as conducive to skin cancer as others.

You got me, then.

Maybe they wear more clothes year round. Or the obvious, the doctors just messed up.
