To be honest, think about it for a moment. Either:

You have a compound that's been known about for over 40 years which people refuse to test that supposedly is a magical cure for cancer. A cure that if patented would make the company that did so tens (if not hundreds) of billions of dollars while putting every other competitor out of business. A cure that would mean people beating down your doors from all over the globe. Where patients who get cancer won't hesitate because of the side effects (like chemo) and people will come back to it (mutated cells happen).

It just happens to be suppressed because of a world wide conspiracy that hasn't been proven to exist, for no reason, and the patients that were "cured" by this seem to have never been found. Except for some cattle of un-named farmers in British Columbia.

In a plan requiring millions of people, even more money, and that Saturday morning cartoon villains would find deliriously silly.

or...

It's a fraud that has been tested and failed.

Just like the hundreds of other cures championed by frauds and quacks over the years. Just like drinking green tea, eating shiitake mushrooms, eating apricot seeds that have cyanide (Laetrile), drinking Kombucha, taking Cats Claw, taking "German New Medicine"...

All these supposed "cures" that only cure the curse of having money in ones bank accounts.

So far no one has ever been able to synthesize Koch's compound in a stable form. It has only been verified to last .5 nanoseconds in the real world. Even Koch has yet to produce the substance for anyone who can verify it around the world. The only thing that was produced it hot air. Just like cold fusion, time travel, psychic powers, magic, the loch ness monster, and cyborg elves.

He was discredited because he was selling snake oil that didn't work.

I read his books (Koch) . Attitude that he shows is very wrong. He lies about his rats in experiments to have died of "cold". But then he lines up patient after patient cases whom have recovered from "cancer" and viral illness(no one can argue against that). He also claimed a psychiatric patient who was bobbing around to have been cured by his shot in Brazil (without any follow up just said cure started and left hospital and he had calmed down). yes when you cause pain in a poor mentally retarded patient, he will settle down but it is not cure. he just can't talk and sits in sad face suffering... Then there was 10 cases of Glyoxilide injection by the Ontario Commission for investigation of cancer remedies in July-1942.
9 out of ten had cancer by biopsy and all were dead after the injection(Not done by Koch). One was alive but had no cancer! He/She had Diverticulum of colon was alive.
But then manjuj from India reports that his compound had 70% response in stage IVs. Then in Bioregulatory medicine by Bianchi on page 115 he re-researched Koch findings extensively and reported 20000 patients were treated and 46% mean cure rate in neoplastic field was reported (Koch was claiming 80%).
I think it has to be researched again.
