Alcohol use is a major risk factor for head and neck cancer. But an article published in the November issue of the journal Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology shows that the chemical resveratrol found in grape skins and in red wine may prevent cancer as well.
I like red wine - so, this is interesting. However, for preventive measures, I'm researching iodine and progesterone. They are both cheap, accessible, user-friendly, etc. But while I read, please pass the wine!!

You might enjoy reading this, particularly the guide in post number 7 by Grizz. Ive been supplementing with Lugols Iodine for a few years now but I also take a few Kelp caps too. This site detailing why Kelp is important and what to be careful of is a favourite of mine.
I think looking into plant / fungus based enzymes is worth while as well although I am still undecided about them.
Some claim that our cooked and processed diet means we need assitance via additional enzyme supplementation or consumption of raw and / or organic foods. Apparently the body reacts in a defensive way after consumption of cooked foods that it does not with raw (increased white blood cells / leukocytosis). Some suggest this is due to undigested food particles getting into the blood stream.
I am one that takes most of these studies with a grain of salt, but anytime someone gives me a reason to drink red wine, I will drink t that!!!!
I'll drink to that.
I agree. I take this with a huge grain of salt.
