So, you left your fries in the oven a little longer than you should have and now they're a tad TOO golden. Or maybe you turned your toaster settings on a little too high and your breakfast is more crispy than you typically like it.

While some get beyond frustrated when their food burns, other's seem to take a liking to it. But before you chomp down on those extra golden fries and super crispy toast, there are a few things you should know.

My late husband insisted on frying hamburgers till they were black...and then expect us to eat it. And if you questioned the burned food he'd blow up in a rage. Thanks dear; we love you too!

Wow. That's a really mean thing for him to say. It's long been known that burnt meat is carcinogenic.

I never knew the same applied to burnt toast though. Not that most people would even want to eat it anyway.

Thanks! It never was easy living with him but I thought this was worth the fight that ensued but it did not solve the problem. Needless to say, my blood pressure is a lot lower these days!

I have heard of that for many years already.

Something else I have heard for many years:
a. For some reason when you heat potatoes (cook), the heat makes it increase the number of carcinogens in it.
b. When tomatoes are heated, the number of carcinogens is reduced.

No idea if it's true or not, so take it with a grain of salt.

The general rule that you'd be better off to abide by is this:

Cooking promotes death. Raw foods promote life.

I can't believe there's a whole section dedicated just to cancer. It's all moot when you know the cure is out there and that doctors and the FDA discovered the cure many years ago.

My best advice would be to step out of the whole "what causes cancer and what mainstream treatments will help once I get it?" box of thinking and instead deny all of what mainstream health authorities are telling you.

It should be self evident by now that there is no money in curing you and having healthy, disease-free people roaming this earth.

Instead of holding your hand and giving you step-by-step instructions on how to be free from sickness of any kind, i'll let you do the research yourself. It should mean that much to you to have a desire to do so.

Except that this isn't a new story.

Burned (or even browned) foods, from bread to protein, have been suspected as being carcinogens for decades.

Y'know, I have already exceeded my allotted "three score and ten", so I really don't care what causes cancer and what doesn't.
If I like it, I will eat it. If I don't like it, I won't.
Life is to be enjoyed while you can. It is, after all, a terminal illness!

There's no coverup. It has discussed several time. Again and again there is no evidence to support your conclusions.
