I was told this in the Navy during our annual training series [again and again during my 20+ year Naval career]

Prostate health is an important issue to men.

Prostate cancer has been the #1 cancer among men and it gets little media attention.

This may be good for your muscles, but the higher your testosterone level, the higher your chances of developing Prostate Cancer.
If that were the case, then mostly young men would be getting PC, when testosterone is highest.

I've noticed a pattern of prostate cancer in men that have a full head of hair well into their sixties.

I sign of high testosterone is male pattern baldness.

Prostate cancer may be caused by too much of the DHA testosterone and not enough of the testicular produced testosterone to create a balance.

Well, I never went blind or got crossed eyes as I was told. Now, I feel that I went through the prostate check for nothing! I hate the finger check!

You have a great day.

Massaging the prostate has show to reduce the rate of cancer and is especially recommended if you have an enlarge prostate. I am too much of a lady to tell you how to massage it so you'll have to google it. But I'll give you a hint .... it involves the r*ct*m.

Testosterone is a very good thing for men to have a lot of. Remember that free testosterone is much more important than bound testosterone. Free testosterone helps build/keep muscle and keep you sexually healthy. Bound testosterone is not helping you in any way. Having high testosterone if you exercise and have a healthy diet I honestly believe can ward off cancer. If you think of the tyical American diet combined with other environmental toxins can anyone be surprised at the increasing cancer, diabetes or heart disease rates? Its no mystery folks!
