You need more information.
Low hematocrit could be a long list of things.
Iron def.
B12 Def.
Folate Def
Kidney problems
Liver problems
Cancer
If the cancer has spread to the bone and is affecting hemocytoblasts, that would affect production of rbcs, wbcs and platelets, hence low hematocrit, increased bleeding, and weakened immunity.
If your pts Hb isn't low yet, what's the retic count? Is it possible EPO is temporarily keeping the hematocrit normal?
the op is asking about liver mets and bone cancer and why the low rbc and hct
rbc made in bone marrow.bone cancer. bone marrow may not be functioning as well as should hence low rbc....
liver makes protien, ie clotting factor, may be why hct/hgb low??
There is also something called 'myelophthisis' which means that tumor invades the bone marrow and compromises red and white blood cell production. Furthermore, entities such as myelodysplasia, leukemia, aplastic anemia are cancers that directly affect bone marrow function.

In addition to what has been said about hematologic neoplasms,,,,Low H&H is can be due to bleeding...as with colon cancer (for example). Some cancers can bleed from ulcerations which can lead to decreased RBC volume and decreased H&H....
