I am planning to move to UAE in few weeks .I would like to buy a car then. SO I need your opinion on Car insurance policy. I need off road cover too.

Most C-D forum members don't live in the UAE. You'll need to check with insurance companies based in the UAE to find out about coverage there.

I agree. Majority here would have NO idea what the insurance requirements would be there, not to mention driving requirements in general. Ask when you get there.
