Uninsured motorist claim

insurance company had some info with them, but they didnt know the other party was uninsured. I presented the expired evidence and they said they ll follow up and pursue the costs, but with no timeline. which is atleast good to hear.

Not in Michigan. Michigan has unlimited medical benefits. That's a big problem in itself.
