super cute! I'm just wondering. I have two house bunnies and when we had just one, he was very friendly. Once we bonded him with his girl, they are inseparable and became less attached to the humans. Are cats that way too? When you have two or more, are they less "into" their humans? Your kitties look like they are sooo in love with each other. There's nothing cuter than a pile of furry animals. So precious.
I haven't found that to be true with cats and dogs. Both still come to us for petting and attention. The new kitty, Rusty, plays with Phaedra but when they're done, he comes to me to sit on my lap or watch what I'm doing.
Beautiful! I can't imagine a house without at least one cat lounging about. The fun thing about kittens (they are still kittens really) is that they are so easily co-opted to keep one company as you move about the house. Older cats are more dependably affectionate and communicative, but kittens will follow you anywhere.
The girls still follow us around the house and want to "help" fold the laundry, change the beds, be underfoot when we're cooking, and in all ways make themselves pes.... uh, I mean helpful. When we're only watching TV or on our PCs, they wander into the sunroom and hang out there. That's their favorite hang out. Lots of toys, lots of windows, nice cat tree, comfy wicker furniture, etc.
OMG! I thought my kitties were the only ones who like to 'help' change the sheets!
OH no. As soon as the bed's stripped bare, Weasie discovers the perfect napping spot. Then she discovers it all over again as each layer of bedding is added. But naturally as soon as everything's all set (including her favorite fleece blankie) the allure vanishes. She also is, without fail, a major hindr...I mean help...when it's time to pack for travel.
The OP's blessings should be counted that none of the cats are herbivores, with all those healthy plants around! With any luck none of the pots have hit the floor as the result of a floor-to-table leap either.
