I wonder how she survived 16 days under the rubble with probably no food or water. Well, the kitty is named Laverne, after all!

Always good to hear. There was one from Alabama too, had been at least 3 weeks, they were actually filming the woman for CNN or something by the rubble of her home when the cat came up to her. Amazing.
