I feed a variety of (wet only) brands because... one brand can have "issues" within different flavors. Or one brand can package one flavor in a safe can liner, and yet another flavor (by the same company) will have the ickie liner. The same company can use US ingredients only in one flavor and not in another. Then there is the list of actual ingredients...

My head hurts when buying wet food!!

I haven't heard of the can liner issue... how can I find out if the food I'm feeding has this problem? I currently feed natural balance wet food, mostly the turkey and chicken flavors but they love the oceanfish as well. Does anyone know if natural balance uses bad can liners?

I JUST learned about BPA can liners when one of the brands I purchase mentioned that their cans do NOT contain BPA in the liner... that made me research it a bit.

It looks like natural balance uses BPA only in their larger cans, which are more economical and hence the ones I usually buy
