Bad breath and bad body odor are signs of illness. Dental disease and kidney disease to mention two. Body odor can also be a sign of constipation. All three can be serious problems if not treated.

Please take your cat to the vet for a complete check up, including blood work.

Your cat needs to be seen by your vet. You give little information such as the condition of the cat's teeth, diarrhea or constipation, appetite, age, how often the litterbox is scooped etc.

If your cat seems ill then see a vet definite. But male cats especailly can make callign noises. I fact ever heard a female i heat calling? The reason you see a vet when they act differently is they can't tell you they are sick;of course.
