No gruesome pics at the site. But this does show the light "slap on the wrist" sentences handed out to these cruel psychopaths. And witnesses,... I've noticed that when people witness these senseless acts of violence against animals they seldom if ever interfere and try to save the animal.

I just don't get it. How can someone stand by and watch, call the Police or whoever... and not lift a finger to help the animal being killed or abused? Think of all those witnesses who don't even bother to call the Police.
