gmdealerguy you could check with Animal Haven, Halfway Home Rescue, and the Purr Project, near us. I don't think any of them will take the stray in, but they would have resources to help you figure out what to do (and one might even have a have-a-heart trap if you choose to go the TNR route).
If you'd rather just get this stray to stay away from your windows, you could try Uncle Ian's dog and cat repellant from Home Depot. You wouldn't be able to open those windows though, for at least a week, or it'll annoy your own cats and make -them- avoid getting too close to the window as well. It's stuff that's in a bag that you scatter around the lawn - but in your case you'd just scatter around 4 or 5 feet from the window toward the lawn outside the condo (or onto a porch, or even at the edge of the porch to keep the stray from going onto it in the first place).
It's organic and non-toxic, and even has some nitrogen in it to fertilize plants if the cat's been digging it up for its litter box. You can pick up a bag at Home Depot.
