I'm a guy and I am the one in charge of feline janitorial duties in our house.

The non-litter duties are equally shared by all family members. It's not like there is a schedule. We all feed the pets. The person who feeds the pets is the person who notices it's near feeding time. Sometimes we assume someone else did it, but we can't get away with that for long because Bobbles and the Basset are both sitting in the kitchen staring at us. Sometimes they're tricky and get fed twice. Prior to Bobbles, we created a system with refrigerator magnets. A piece of paper had AM and PM on it, and we moved the magnet to indicate they were fed.

My boyfriend scoops in the morning and I do it in the evening. He usually feeds them since he works from home. I'm the one who brushes them though and pay more attention to them overall.

I used to do it all by myself for multiple cats. Now, after 3 back surgeries my son does it. I can't bend over very well.

lol! If it makes you feel better my husband conveniently never notices when someone has thrown up on the floor "What? Oh that? I thought it was part of the floor, didn't even see it... " uh huh... But I suppose that happens less often then the box needs to be cleaned so I can't complain lol

None of us. My husband has this fancy 'toilet' for our cats. Auto scooper. So yay! LOL. It cost a lot though, like since we're married which is less than 2 years, we already changed that auto scooper 3x!!!

And they are expensive. This latest one he bought is $200. The last one was over $100. It is worth it in the sense that at least scooping poops is off our chore list.

This is what their current toilet looks like:
