Well one man's "disorder" is another man's uniqueness. Same for cats.

I started to listen to this, but when he recommended hiding your cats' food in various places around the house to stimulate them, I tuned out. Not gonna happen in my house!

Won't happen here cause our dogs would find it first. I know this is often done to keep dogs busy - Kong toys with food inside- but I never heard of doing this for cats either.

I agree! Was the rest of it worthwhile? IMO it's really nutty to expect people to hide cat food behind bookshelves and such. Reminds me of Easter egg hunts when I was a kid and sometimes we'd find an egg months later. Yuck!

My cats are creatures of habit. I just can't see moving their food around like that. Plus, we also have a dog who would be all over it!

Me too. My cats are stimulated enough by each other. The only one benefiting from increased activity by hiding the cat food would be me.

Also I think cats have too much pride to play such silly games.
