She is a chimera. It's not that uncommon in the animals world. It is the result of more than one embryo fusing together to make one creature. It is not exactly determined by genetics. It is the existence of two distinctly separate sets of DNA It can have some pretty amazing results. Brindle coated horses are chimeras which is why the coat pattern cannot be reproduced by breeding for the trait. horse chimera: the bonding of fraternal twins in utero gives rise to unusual striping and brindle horses | FollowPics

ShadowCat has two faces which seem to be drawn by a ruler. Nature does not follow rules.

BEAUTIFUL! Reminds me of the song "Never Known A Girl Like You" Edwyn Collins.

My old ladycat Rainbow had a perfectly straight dividing line dead center on the top of head and down the back of her neck. One half was pure orange tabby, and the other was grey/black tabby stripes. Her face & the rest of her body was a mottled mix of both colors in a loose calico pattern. I was always impressed by how straight & centered the color divide on her head & neck was. The color divide on Venus' face doesn't surprise me at all.
