I had a Siamese cat for 18 years. She was the greatest cat ever. I doubt I will ever have another cat so smart, entertaining and just wonderful.

CDCguy:

Post photos as soon as you get the Siamese. They change so quickly, you don't want to wait.

Jack came to us as a mostly white kitten with a touch of tan around the ears. Now almost black in the face ears and paws, I wish I had taken more kitten photos and video.

Thanks for posting Wilson! The drive back was about 90 minutes, less than I thought. She cried for awhile, but not all the way home. The kitty took to the humans right away, but hisses at the dog. This kitten is TINY. It is about the smallest 8 week I have ever seen. Perhaps just because the fur is short. She is also a bit skinny, but hammering the food. All is good in the litter box too. Any ideas on a name?????????

Knowing that they darken with age and all have their own personality, I'd give her at least a week or two to see before you name her.

Conrats on the new family member. Naturally she's totally & completely 100% adorable.
I agree not to rush naming her. With her help the name will come to you, and will fit her perfectly.

What a sweetheart! Give it awhile on the name -- something will come to you. She'll do something cute, or something that will remind you of someone or something else, and voila!

Give it awhile with the dog, too. Watch their interaction closely for awhile. It's good she's hissing -- she's establishing her dominance over the inferior creature. LOL

Such a beautiful kitten! Congrats.

She's so cute and tiny! But she won't stay tiny for very long, though.
