So planning to give him 1 1/2 cans a day instead of 2 1/2 cans a day.
Feed smaller portions more often.

Smaller portions food spaced out. We're stuck between finding something else that won't make the cat throw up, but deal with the cat not eating. Then stuck with food cat eats enjoys, but throws up. It's tough he has been throwing up a lot lately been on the food for five day's. He is becoming skinnier and skinnier ribs are starting to show. However, he is happy, purring, and playing.

The RC sensitive stomach still contains a ton of carbs.

Get a can or tray of Sheba turkey pate. Warm it up See if he keeps that down. Extremely low carbs. Walmart's prices are typically the lowest.

I've never had a cat refuse Sheba turkey pate.

You have the turkey pate?

Don't use any other flavor.....no minced.......only pate.

What I'm trying to do is to eliminate as many of the food triggers which cause gastric distress: carbs, fish, etc.

It's chicken pate. Realized why I have a few cans left over when we started noticing the cat throwing up more. It was a dark vomit everywhere.

Feeling defeated and sad for the kitty. Seems like nothing is working.

Chicken can be a trigger for some cats............that's why turkey.

Is there anything at all in the house kitty could be chewing on. Once upon a time.......all 4 of mine were vomiting all over the house. I was frantic. Test after test......and nothing showed up. Turned out.....they were chewing on a new dried floral arrangement which contained cherry branches which were making them sick.
