The little cat is only 2 months old and she's extremly playful and lively though now that I dont trust the vets practices, Im not sure if this belly is normal either ! Her hips and chest are so thin, as well as her legs and face according to her tummy but I havent seen any parasites in her poo. Would you happen to have any experience about this?

Generally the only parasites you would see in her poop would be tapeworms. Most of the time, kittens have roundworms, hook worms, or sometimes whip worms. Almost every kitten and puppy that came into the clinic where I worked were positive for intestinal worms. Fleas can carry tapeworms. It does sound like she needs to be de-wormed, and you'll have to do it a couple of times at least because of the worm's lifecycles, depending on which one(s) they find.
I would also suggest a different vet if you're not liking the way the one vet did your other cat's dental extraction.
No, I haven't seen a spray used as a painkiller/anesthesia, but that doesn't mean anything really. The clinic where I worked was owned by a veterinarian who has been in practice since 1969 and his partner has also been a vet since 1973 or something. They were up to date on new practices, medications, and techniques but also stuck with the "tried and true" so didn't use the spray you mentioned in your other post.
