Revolution is the only thing that cured one of my female cats, Princess, of recurring ear mites. I was using a topical treatment prescribed by the vet, but the mites kept on coming back. Finally the vet prescribed Revolution, and the ear mites finally cleared up for good. I've used it on all 4 cats since then for flea, tick, and ear mite control - even my late 18 year old senior kitty had it applied with no problems.

Thanks! How many treatments did it take to cure the ear mites totally?

I think just 2 months worth - it's been several years now. I do know my Russian Blue started showing symptoms of ear mites about a month ago and I gave her a dose of Revolution (she was due for her monthly treatment anyway) - cleared them right up!
