In bed this morning, Deuxdad was doing her usual grooming of me when she happened upon a mosquito bite on my finger. That was the best feeling ever, her rough cat tongue licking the bite I had been scratching. Ahhh

Makes sense. I understand that the surface of a cats tongue is very much like the 'hooked' half of a piece of Velcro.
I have dry skin issues during the winter and seem to always itch in hard to reach places. Maybe I can get my cats to make their selves useful and help me out.

On second thought, maybe not. Probably too much of a role reversal for them.
