I have 3 kittens I rescued, one male (Mojo) and one female (Aria)and one female (Nadia). I got them both spayed yesterday. They rested last night and Aria didn't seem hungry. This morning at 7:30 am they all acted frisky and hungry. I noticed they were playing a little rough and soon Aria was laying down a lot. I tried to see if they were hungry, Mojo and Nadia ate but Aria is still laying down and acts like she is in pain. I checked everyone's stitches earlier at 7:30am and then checked Arias again at 8:30 am I think there could be a very small tear, but no bleeding.

There may or may not be something going on pertaining to the surgery, and it could be the after effects of the anesthesia taking longer to wear off. But don't take any chances, get her back to the vet asap. And if the vet that did the procedure says everything is fine, get a second opinion. Please don't delay.
Every cat I've ever had spayed or neutered over the years has always bounced right back to normal within 24 hours or so. What you've described would be a big red flag for me.

Agree with the above. Should be treated as urgent. Get her seen today.
Agree with getting her seen asap, especially with a small tear and acting like she is in pain.
Having said that, we once had a young female spayed and she came home and slept for 48 hours! Vet said to leave her be, so we did, and eventually she got back to normal and lived a pretty long life. But I was worried. Keep in mind that those were the days of ketamine anesthesia (loooooong time ago), which they don't use much any more.
The day after surgery my Buffy was fine but she was on pain killers. The second day she was pretty lethargic however she didn't seem like she was in pain, just a bit under the weather. If you feel that she is in pain and if there is a tear, it's best to check with your vet.
