I'm glad your kitty is feeling better but keep an eye on her and if she starts acting strange again, I think you should take her to the vet.
I couldn't agree more! Instead of rushing her off to the vet, you did the right thing by waiting. Im not saying it's right to put it off, but it's a good idea to always try to be your own doctor sometimes. With my cats, sometimes theyrun around so fast, they plow into each other, or the wall! Perhaps in all her kitty ways she hurt herself a bit- She just needed a little rest, just like people do sometimes. Im so glad she's okay, keep an eye on her though

It sounds like a vet visit is warranted for the vomiting. The litterbox issue though - it is sometimes recommended to gradually acquaint your cat to a new litter brand. You may want to try the old litter to see if she continues to poop outside the box.

I agree. The sudden change of litter probably upset her, plus some cats hate enclosed litter boxes. She really does need to see a vet, if she hasn't already.

You forgot to tell us how old Molly is. If she is an old cat maybe she is just transitioning. I have a cat I worry about with other health issues who is 14 who has days where he sleeps, and at times will even skip meal or only eat half when usuually he begs for any and all food while on other days he is full of pep. I want him to be as comfortable as possible without subjecting him to toxic dangerous risky western medical treatments.

Feline Pine has a very strong smell and lots of cats don't like it. I personally dislike that litter because it's like wet sawdust when used.

Your cat is probably telling you that she is unamused at the sudden switchover.

Do you scoop out the litter every day? I do it sometimes twice a day and it makes a difference in the smell. I also use "World's Best Cat Litter" which lasts for a long time, I've noticed.

My cat is losing weight and I think she has worms, will it hurt her to give her deworming medicine?

If you've seen worms, that's one thing but she really needs to go to a vet. There are many reasons for weight loss and most are pretty serious.
