In his final speech to the House, former Prime Minister David Cameron, claimed that reports he didn't love Larry were inaccurate, and he produced a large blown up photograph of Larry sitting on his knee in Number 10 Downing Street.

Is there any law in the UK that says the Prime Minister has to be a human?
