I think he is really trying to overcome being feral. It looks like he might have settled down for the night and went up to bed, but he's been wearing it out for a good while.

He brought me the green mouse wanting me to approve of him. I threw it back on the stairs and told him to "kill it, go, go, go!" and he pounced and killed it.

He's starting to become a pet.

How cool!

When I first got my 10-year old, he would bring his toys up 2 flights of stairs and deposit them on the bed at night and kinda just sit there. I never toss them because it is an open loft and I would hate to have him take a tumble. 6 months later, he still brings toys up but not every night like he first did.

I think they are saying "hey look what I brought you for dinner".

What amazing progress. I wonder if you know how much progress it is from a look at you from the top of the stairs to approaching you with a mouse. And maybe being at work all day will go in your favor: he'll have a lot of time to relax and may be looking forward to playing with you when you get home.

Please don't stop posting; I know we all want to know how this story ends.
