Interesting and fun to view. Speaking of Istanbul, some friends and we went to a theatre that shows documentary and art type films and saw "Kedi". It portrays the story of seven cats living in Istanbul and the residents impacted by them.
Trying to see what they blurred in this picture... did they try to do the litter box (if that was it, they missed, but I guess it's the thought that counts...)? That's great.
I did briefly peruse Moscow but it's mostly high-rise apartment blocks, which aren't really that good for looking for cats. They're easier to find in certain kinds of urban layouts - dense cities with narrow residential streets.
And even then it's not always easy. I must have spent at least half an hour perusing Seoul and the one I found above was the only one.
I took a pretty long "walk" around the park through Google Maps-- about halfway-- but didn't see other cats... odd. (I tried to find a monitor lizard, too, but also no luck.)
