He was in full on frisky mode that evening. Dashing about the house and climbing up to the ledges to peer at us. We can always tell by his eyes what his mood is, that look is his frisky-playful look.

I actually had this happen once at my house. The cat involved was very hung over afterwards, and I felt sorry for him. But it was hilarious.
That can happen? Our first cat loved catnip, but I don't think we gave him a lot to get him hung over. Same with Miss Olivia. Mimi surprisingly isn't a fan of catnip.
I love catnip tea and I know our first cat (Woo) and Olivia would go crazy over the smell of the catnip tea brewing.
