So great! He is so cute and glad that he is free of those little buggies! Your daughter is so sweet! Great job of raising her to be so compassionate!!!

hey, Im a little baffled here, and wondering if anyone has any insight/help for me (and Iggy) here.
Recently, in the last few days, Iggy has been trying to lick/eat anything Im wearing. Especially my new chenille robe! but anything Im wearing will do....sweatshirts/teeshirts, even tries it on my jeans. This has happened before and after showers. With and w/o any sort of body lotion/spray. Doesnt really do it to anyone else in the house. Maybe a half hearted attempt here or there, but every time I pick him up, he starts purring like mad, closes his eyes, mashes his face in my clothes, and starts chewing.....
any ideas????
hes even abandoned his barbies for me.....
yipes?

Default Iggy

Just love your Iggy........he's a tabby just like my beloved Pumpkin who we just lost.......I'm sure he will bring much love and happiness to your family.

The day will come when I will want another furball to hold and love, just right now.......well, its just too soon. I'm sure your daughter will give him all the love he needs and he will love her in return.

Im sorry about your Pumpkin. I know how devistating it is to lose your furbaby. We still think of Sasha daily, his pictures are still up, and each time i hear a noise on the deck, my heart leaps and I take a moment to pray "oh please, let it be Sasha out there!" and it busts my heart each and every time that its not. It took us awhile before we were ready for Iggy. And I find myself making comparisions at times, even though I try very hard not to. (really, i berate myself each time I do it cuz I know theyre two totally different kitties and Iggy is just as wonderful in his own way!) The good and the bad of it is, Iggy is the polar opposite of Sasha. He is so very well loved though, and spoiled rotten. I think he's a happy cat. He's kinda crazy, so its hard to tell. He's definatly an odd little guy, but a wonderful fit to our kinda funky family.
Another will come into your life when the time is right. Dont push away, GOD will bring you two (or more!!) together when its right for you and the furry.
And again, Im very sorry for you for your loss of Pumpkin. Hugs to you.
