I know you can suscribe to the FDA list of recalls, you may try this, also do a seach on feline food recalls a forum or list group should come up.

We have been buying from our vet. They call us if any recalls effect us that morning.

I can not find an updated one. Itchmo use to...and the one posted above hasn't been updated in a year. But maybe that is because there has not been any major recalls...let us know if you happen to come across any current links.

Unfortunately, recalls are only issued by the Gov't after enough pets have already gotten sick and enough people have complained.

Best to stick to Internet forums to see any consistent patterns going on...consumeraffairs.com is another to check.

You do get help from some internet sites, but at times they can be wrong also, unfortunately the tainted food is finally found at our pets health expense and our grief and worry. Why these outfits can't get it right and the USDA or whoever would get off their butts maybe this sort of thing would stop, but I think that's asking too much.
