my four month old had a vomit/diarrhea episode
the vet treated him
but now 9th day since it happened he is all lethargic
vet said since hes eating and toileting wait a few more days

Its driving me bonkers
I also am poor so I really cant afford a lot of dr. visits

anybody ever had a post sick lethargic baby

What a beautiful cat! I can't help you except to say call your local humane society or animal shelter and ask about low-cost vets. They know who in town will help you with payments if needed. Good luck!
