The reason I ask is because I counted nine nipples on my male cat (he's 14 years old). I heard cats are only supposed to have eight, so I wonder if that 9th nipple I counted could actually be a tumor or something? I really can't tell. I would try to feel it more but my cat gets angry when people touch his belly.
My cat does have a lot of fur but he is kinda obese so the fat pushes all the fur out and you can see the nipples when he lies down. I just wondered if it is a tumor.
Maybe the more important question is can you milk a cat?
