When the young ones, like MJ, make too many drastic alterations to their face....it is sad....and usually looks bad.

But, with the old ones, like Joan Rivers, you always have to remember to imagine what they would look like if they had absolutely nothing done.....so it is a toss up. Joan Rivers, and others her age, may have actually looked worse now if she had NOTHING done.

The pouty, swollen lip thing that so many of them are doing now.....good grief....do they really think THAT looks good?

I think plastic surgery can be great if you find a good surgeon and do not go overboard.

As I age, I would have plactic surgery myself, if I could be assured of finding a good Dr. that wouldn't botch it and make me look worse. Scary, that even in Hollywood, where you think people would know who the good Drs. are....people still get really bad work done.

Jane Fonda had work done and I think she looks pretty good.....she does not look overdone at all.

What is seriously wrong is that Drs. that agree to do surgery like that are allowed to keep their medical license.

Cat lady, yes the worst....she is scary looking. I can tell when one of them has had work done....they look different or sometimes unrecognizable! Saw photos of those I did not know at first:

Debra Winger
Glen Campbell
One of my favs, Mary Louise Parker

Joan Rivers/Cher make me ill-plastic masks.

I am the only one who would rather see stars age naturally? And how can they be happy with the way they appear?

gbh

I agree, but alot of women with mental issues and no self-esteem are addicted to plastic surgery-

What Are the Symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

celebs with millions can get a decent minor surgery, i.e. Jane Fonda, Madonna. But I have seen people who cant afford the best, and its not good.

The sad thing about Cher is I think she would have aged nicely without all the surgery. She had natural beauty.

I have yet to see one person who has had lip enhancement surgery that looked good.

I think Mickey Rourke, Joan Rivers, and Michael Jackson take the prize for worst surgeries.

That Wildenstein character is mentally insane. Just like that other dude who transformed himself into a cat, he even had metal whiskers implanted into his face.
