It is unfortunate when people who thought they were in love get divorced. It's sad all the way around.
I think it was she who first filed for divorce in California. One reason is that California is a community property state. She would get half of his fortune if the divorce is granted in California.
Tony filed for divorce in Texas. I believe Texas' division of marital property is different. Does anyone know for sure?

What I want to know is why many of these pro athletes get married in the first place?!
Being an athlete doesn't negate the fact that most humans desire companionship. I'm sure many of them want to sample all the beautiful 'fans' from every city then fly back home to snuggle up with a woman waiting at home who love them for themselves (hopefully) and not the groupies only after cash and gifts.
If Eva wasn't a famous actress, she may have stayed married and put up with it like the wives of so many others. She has options and/or self-esteem, so she slapped his tall behind with divorce papers. The other cheated-on wives don't want to lose their mansions and such, so they stay.
I see she is asking for alimony also, she is after revenge. lol
