Really doesn any one believe this is just a diet?.....they all go to a good surgeon and get a tummy tuck and than get money for losing wait on a diet...don't fall for that crap, just use common sense.
Yeah, I agree. I was on Atkins after I has my child. I did lose 40lbs in 4 months but I need a tummy tuck bad... Wearing spanks got me through for a bit!

It's amazing how much weight you can lose after losing kids, breastfeeding, etc.
