i guess you aren't a member of the ex-scn forum where all the missing people have been discussed - for years. there has been no accountability whatsoever. these people have basically just vanished. the higher up they are, the most likely to "disappear".

Now, maybe when she's 18 he'll try and indoctrinate her into the church. All bets are off once she's legally an adult. The church is not going to make TC choose. He's their #1 member and they will do everything to keep his allegiance. The rules don't apply to TC.

Maybe celebrities are held to a different law then the other leaders/followeres. They like their $$$, influence and publicity.

One thing is that they believe in something called "disconnect." A disconnect happens when the member's family members are not Scientologists. The members just cut them off completely. It will be interesting to see if a disconnect happens between Tom and Katie/Suri.
TMZ has learned, the divorce settlement between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is extremely complicated, outlining things both Tom and Katie can and cannot do with Suri.
Here's what we know:

-- A report claiming that Suri must be in the presence of Katie's bodyguard and nanny when she is around Tom is "absolutely, 100% false."

Do people really think the church is going to cut him out of anything? Or do anything to anger him so that he stops donating millions? TC only hobnobs with Miscaviage and a few top people. He employs scores of $ciens on his staff. If $ciens plebs "disconnected" from TC he wouldn't even know it because he doesn't hang with them. Miscaviage isn't going to do anything to stop the golden goose from laying his golden eggs; this cult is big business and they are not so pure in their beliefs that they will hold TC to the same standard they would the average Joe off the street.
Neither will the cult do anything to Suri--at least not until she's allowed to hear about the "religion." She will be with her mother most of the time and will be insulated in TC's world with his trusted family members. If he honors the agreement, the church isn't going to do a darn thing about it, nor can they. What are they going to do...storm TC's mansion and kidnap Suri? If the $cien staff @ TC's tries anything KH will hear surely about it and holy hell will be raised, and a legal battle will be waged to keep him away from Suri.
