Egyptians are nuts. It took me a minute to figure out why the crowd was chanting "Monica" while pelting her car with shoes. Throwing shoes is a big insult in the muslim world, apparently.
As an American, I don't feel insulted that they would attack a representative of the government that provided much of the financial and military support to prop up the dictator Mubarak.

Um, get up to date on the political news. They were protesting Obama's supporting of the Muslim Brotherhood taking over the country. They are a hardline muslim terrorist organization.
